According to my test this issue is solved with v2.3.1-RC4, but I will close it when the official 2.3.1 version will be released. @Adreitz can you confirm my founding ?
did you try to refresh the content of the folder using the refresh button ?
I also reported this as #2444 as workaround don't use diffuser models for now, instead use .ckpt or .safetensors model
