Open the cloud service to edit

i want to put mine behind a proxy so that when that would be nice to have the feed right to cloudurl/podinfo and make it so we can use https or http and still make the local port 22703

I did get my proxy to work by using port 80. I noticed in the code the cloud port uses it and removes the port from the xml so we can close this if you want.
