Error 404 and 403

Error 404 example: http://youcast.cloudapp.net:80/FeedService/Video.mp4?videoId=PFTPiai5qB0&encoding=MP4_360p

Error 403 example: http://youcast.cloudapp.net:80/FeedService/Video.mp4?videoId=OsAb8IB0HW8&encoding=MP4_360p

Everyday I receive a error like above. Can you check please?

The links above open for me without errors. Is it intermittent or location dependent?

Maybe location dependent. I receive 403 all the time I tried. But if the the problem is location dependent, we have a problem. I can't believe that we can't resolve this old issue. Maybe we just did not discuss that more. In the 404 case, I force RSS update on podcast client and now I received 403 too.
