Add arm64 Docker image build

My main VPS is of that arch, so I'd thought I'd tweak the workflow to make it a bit more accessible for others. >:D

I compiled my own image using the provided Dockerfile, works perfectly fine.

Adding to this, this would also be the arch required for running the docker image on any recent macbook natively.
