Check typos in paper key (24 words) during create/restore wallet

We can use dictionary to check is there a typo in any of the words entered and show it to the user.

Hey, missed a typo while creating a new wallet today, was really annoying. I want to help with this, should I just link a PR once I'm done or is someone else working on this already?
