'download failed' when updating from php7.4 to 8

hello I recently have upgraded php to 8 as required by dokuwiki for last versions and cannot export anymore : download fails (translated from french). I have tried to downgrade to php 7.4 and it reworks. Maybe the error is somewhere else but tha what I see
