As with https://github.com/i-like-robots/rewireify/issues/12 a workaround may be to switch the order of the transforms around. If you can set up a little demo of the problem I'm happy to investigate...

Thanks for reporting... I confess I've never attempted to use this with the `--debug` flag so I'll check it out.

Just to confirm I can recreate this and _fix_ it as you describe in my [Tube Tracker app](https://github.com/i-like-robots/react-tube-tracker) when building the test bundle (though the `--debug` flag works as expected...
