Making radian a "dimension" will require a dimensional [π](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi), e.g. to make a relation between [angular](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angular_frequency) and ordinary [frequency](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frequency) work (ω [rad/s] = 2π [rad?] × f [1/s]).

My understanding is that fractional exponents will usually appear in intermediate results and will be printed mostly for debugging purposes. I don't see much need in perfecting their looks.
