Isn't this a duplicate of #27?

Making radian a "dimension" will require a dimensional [π](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi), e.g. to make a relation between [angular](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angular_frequency) and ordinary [frequency](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frequency) work (ω [rad/s] = 2π [rad?] × f [1/s]).

Thank you for these links, @dwith-ts! It started to make a bit more sense after analogy with electric charge. But I'm afraid that without wide adoption of the new system,...

My understanding is that fractional exponents will usually appear in intermediate results and will be printed mostly for debugging purposes. I don't see much need in perfecting their looks.

I did some googling and it led me to [this discussion](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11333135/fractional-power-of-units-of-measures-in-f) (funny enough, about another physical units library) and there are a couple of examples: 1. [*fracture toughness*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fracture_toughness) measured in...

@oschonrock what I'm using there is not plain Unicode, I've cheated using `...`. And although you can get superscript digits, there is [no way to represent superscript solidus with Unicode](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16239848/how-to-represent-a-superscript-slash-with-unicode).

You can start with [What's new in 4.4.0](https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/introduction/whatsnew440#liveoperational_data_of_problems). Basically, it is a field where users are now supposed to use {ITEM.LASTVALUE} macros, since _Problem name_ [became static in 4.0.0](https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/4.0/manual/installation/upgrade_notes_400#problem_name_generation).
