Create a comprehensive tutorial showing developers how to build, deploy, and integrate BeeAI Framework agents with watsonx Orchestrate.

Objective

Enable developers to:

1. Build and test a BeeAI agent locally (is it possible to test locally with wxo GUI? Or only after deploying to Code Engine?)
2. Deploy the agent to IBM Code Engine
3. Register and use the agent in watsonx Orchestrate
