Utility script to list licenses of project dependencies

@Tomas2D What's the motivation for this? Asking because we are doing similar thing for an open source clearance process.

Because the project's dependencies are constantly changing, we would like to be aware of that and switch to others if needed.

We need to integrate with Mend/Whitesource (WIP at the moment). For that reason, I would postpone any dev work on this.

Based on the latest updates, development of the utility script to list project dependency licenses is postponed while integration with Mend/Whitesource is in progress. Unless there are new requirements not covered by that integration, it makes sense to wait for its completion or consider closing this topic if Mend/Whitesource will fully address the need. If you need a specific update or have new requirements, let me know!
