Some config doesn't work

Hi. It is about configuration. I referred to Build your own config and updated/replace the csscomb.json; however, some of the settings are still not working as expected. For Brackets extension, should it work with the way explained in your official page?

For instance, "sort-order" as I expected, but the "unitless-zero": true won't work well.

If I missed anything needed to specify the issue, please let me know.
