what is this error i keep getting it ? how i can fix this?

I'm not sure the detailed of this error. I recommend to use some GUI software, such as https://github.com/n00mkrad/flowframes.

I seems to meet the same problem and what I did is to rebuild the video I split the video into images by python script and rebuild the video by ffmpeg, the setting FPS is 25 And I input the rebuild video into rife net finally work out fine
