[Suggestion] Save MetaHookSv CVars in an individual CFG file

When you want to reset your regular settings by deleting config.cfg for example, you also lose all the MetaHookSv CVars, which is kind of inconvenient. It would also be preferable to save the files in general in the game's root folder for other GoldSrc games.
