How to drive Display P2.5 ICND2038S Hub75E

Hi, I want drive for display P2.5 ICND2038S Hub75E ,

i try to execute command = sudo ./runtext.py --led-no-hardware-pulse 0 --led-rows 64 --led-cols 64 --led-chain=4 -t "hello saja" --led-scan-mode=1 --led-multiplexing=0

but just show 2 line like this

raspberry pi 3 model B+, board regular/passive,

any advice ?
