Halo around images - Python Binding image-viewer

Hello everyone,

I just started playing with this project and for some reason every images i display on 64x32 matrix have some kind of "halo" around them when I use the python image-viewer.

In this image, there is a green pixels halo located 2 pixels around the blue F and white pixels around the number.

However, when i use the led-image-viewer utility directly, everything is fine.

Anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this issue?
