Add discussion feature

GitHub supports discussions feature which would be better than using issues.

There is https://rpi-rgb-led-matrix.discourse.group/ which was provided by @marcmerlin as there was not discussion feature at github yet. Since it only really makes sense to have one discussion forum, someone should compare what would be the best choice.
