[FR] block-properties should become page-properties ?

hi, thanks for the plugin !

a suggestion : if a block has properties, these properties should become page-properties of the new page ?

eg: if block is like this

- test
  tags:: test
  property:: value
    - content

and we apply the turn to page to this block, then the block becomes :

- [[test]]

and the page [[test]] contains the properties from the block:

tags:: test
property:: value
  - content
