Hyprbars: toggle bar with shortcut

It would be great to allow toggling Hyprbars with keyboard shortcut. I suppose, the following dispatchers should be introduced:

1. toggle bars on all windows;
2. toggle bar on the active window.

I was about to ask for the same/similar feature where the Hyprbars would only show when hovering over the wanted window and/or hovering while holding a key.
