Enhancement: niri style overview
As Brodie says at 10:50 in his Niri video, everybody should copy its overview.
Maybe by introducing some of its features into hyprexpo, or making it its own thing - I think this is one of the killer features of niri and would make hyprscrolling very competitive with other scrollers.
what's wrong with hyprexpo? I don't see a huge difference in the overviews. Sure, niri does a vertical band, but thats because it's a scroller...?
My point of view:
To me hyprexpo is unusable for my particular mess of things :D The reason I use a scrolling manager is that I have entirely too many windows open for a specific workplace. The nice thing about niris overview is you can both inspect other workplaces and zoom out on the existing workplace.
hyprscroller originally had an overview mode with easy motion to quickly focus the window you want (no mouse) - loved that for super fast movement between the windows. This is more of what I would be looking for.
Niris design choice to me seems extremely clean, especially for scrolling and hyprexpo is no replacement for me. If the work of building this is managable I would love to see it, but it is not necessary for me to using hyprscrolling. I am missing the fast movement but getting by without.

The niri overview has the benefit of displaying all the windows in the horizontally-infinite workspace, hyprexpo can only show a few windows per workspace with the space it is given. Niri's overview also allows dragging windows to different workspaces with the mouse.
