[Feature Request] Animation for bar being enabled + disabled

Having no bar on floating windows + bar on tiling windows feels awkward when toggling between floating and tiling Maybe bar can use same animations as global window animation settings?

although the bar could fade in or something, if you have the bar's precedence over border, the border won't animate and will instead snap into place, so idk if this is worth it

my idea was a possible sliding anim? in that case, the border could follow the bar down dont know if that is realistically implementable fading im not sure what should be done
