hyprexpo: gestures don't sometimes work as expected

Mainly the following:

• [ ] 1. Trying to cancel a gesture (aka dragging back down after dragging up partially) doesn't work
• [ ] 2. Although almost no feedback is shown, I can sometimes activate hyprexpo by dragging quickly/far enough
• [ ] 3. hyprexpo can not be closed by running the gesture in the opposite direction (nor can I use something like the escape key, which is annoying but unrelated)

A workaround to 3. is to use gesture swipe down 4 hyprctl dispatch hyprexpo:expo off in libinput-gestures

But that's not 1:1 so it looks a bit weird

Not really related to gestures as it's the same with binds, but I don't really want to open a new issue so let me know.

• [ ] 4. hyprexpo can not be reopened while the closing animation is playing, meaning spamming the toggle key works flawlessly on open -> close but is delayed on close -> open

I noticed 1. is fixed, but the gesture has to be carried all the way back to the starting position, and has no inertia, which is annoying. Maybe it should have a trigger somewhere in the middle like the ws switch gesture?
