When a wayland popup is closed, refocus grabs the wrong window with follow_mouse = 2

Description

When you have follow_mouse = 2, and type something in speedcrunch (e.g. f, for farad), which opens a popup, and then move your mouse outside of it, and continue typing, focus switches. It shan't.

Please increase bug priority. I have the same behaviour with FreeCAD when try to enter expression in popup window

@pluto699 while it's broken, you can try making workaround with IPC

For example using special workspace where you always refocus main window on closewindow event or something like that

can be fixed with windowrulev2 = noinitialfocus, class:FreeCAD
