Option to set Maximum number of clients on a Workspace

This is a feature that can be especially useful for those users who own a small monitor.

How is it supposed to work? Simply by having a variable in the config that sets the maximum number of clients in the workspace and each time that maximum is exceeded, the client is created on the workspace following the current one or in the last available workspace

Example: If I have 5 clients in workspace 1, I create the 6 on workspace 2 and if the latter is already occupied by 5 clients, a workspace 3 will be created.

Why do I consider it a valid feature? Because this would solve the problem of having too many clients on the same workspace, and for small monitors or generally laptops when reaching a certain number of clients the workspace become saturated and the windows are so small that they are unusable

I'm working on it , but I think that is a valid features to have implemented. For the reasons i wrote and also I think it's pretty fast to implement in a basic way. I first want to try if it's achievable whit a simple script and if it is I will post it, but think about it if it's a valid feature to have
