CMonitor: move to sharedptr

Moves CMonitor* to shared pointers, the same as we did with windows, workspaces, layers.

Needs testing.

hyprctl output create wayland I also moved some stuff on to WL-2 hyprctl keyword monitor WL-2,disabled
