New 'pin' event

Description

An IPC event that is dispatched when a window is pinned would be very useful. Right now there is no way (afaik) to know a window's pinned status changed.

I'm using ags to show info about the active window (whether it's floating, maximized, pinned, etc) in my status bar, but it can't change that info dynamically without an event

I'm currently in the same situation. I need to know when a client is pin or unpin. Actually there is already a event for floating mode. It could be coherent to have the same behavior for toggling pin mode.
