Add way to toggle & set numlock key

I noticed that numlockx, the command line util I was using on Xorg, doesn't work on wayland. I did a little bit of searching, and found that swaywm had numlock toggling built into sway-input. Perhaps add a way to do this through the config or hyprctl? :)
