Feature: Lock window focus

Good day to you!

Suggesting feature: adding dispatcher or window rule for locking focus (so no other windows cant be focus) on window, until window is killed, or pressed some keycombination to togglelockfocus

Usecase: lock focus to launcher or some util menu, so focus wont be accidently switched

UPD: implementation can correlate to https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/issues/1286 so appears some "custom confirm dialogue" and it's focus locked and everything except that window (and bars?) is dimmed
