Allow activity pages to render same HTML tags as sidebar

Problem you are trying to address with this feature

Currently the activity pages don't support some of the HTML tags that the sidebar does. For instance, the <br> tag is not supported in activity pages. Some partners (e.g. QDR) have noticed and were relying on it for formatting.

Your solution

Add limited HTML support. Harmonize w/ sidebar.

Add tags - did you add labels?

If this a customer requested feature, make sure to add that label.
