Integrate with the Caliper data standard

Identify the work required to provide the relevant data from Hypothesis LMS and H services to institutions subscribing to the 1EdTech (formerly IMS) Caliper data standard. This is an industry standard event data framework enabling schools to ingest data from services like Hypothesis into an overall data store so that they can better understand and take action around the available data. Unizen is a coalition of higher ed institutions in the US that negotiate pricing for services together, and also coordinate to ensure that all endorsed services maintain a high level of performance and compatibility. Unizen has approached us on behalf of their institutional buyers who want Unizen to endorse Hypothesis, and to provide pricing. Unizen has been working very productively with us towards those ends. Unizen is requiring integration with Caliper.
