Blackboard Files Permissions warning

The main problem I've encountered that frustrates faculty about this is that the assignment looks completely normal to them, and they can't tell that students can't access the document. Is there any way we can put a reminder or something as part of the BB files filepicker, that links to our KB article, that reminds/warns faculty about this?
