i have flagged the spam comment ("Annotation has been reported to the moderators") but i want to remove such comments myself because all moderators are biased (and slow)

deleted comments would still be visible as annotation (or page note) just not reachable from my comments

alternative: let me downvote comments i dont like (but a voting system would add much more complexity to hypothesis)
