Increase the group name length limit

The limit is currently set at 25. We have found this is too short for various use cases, such as when we create group names based on course titles in the LMS.

We should increase this to a larger value.

Couple of notes from a discussion today:

  • We discussed reducing the minimum length limit from 3 to 1
  • Apparently the longest course name in the lms DB is 220 characters
