PRD: Tracking LMS App Customer Use against Contract Start & End dates

Our goal is to refine how customer usage is tracked and reported by incorporating contract-specific start and end dates sourced from Hubspot.

Scope for SPIKE:

• Investigate the viability of integrating custom start and end dates for each customer contract into the existing Metabase-HubSpot usage data reports.
• Estimate level of effort required for implementation - along with estimated timelines and resources necessary.
