Move annotations across groups / making them public/private?

Quick questions: a) is it possible to change all annotations from a group to another? b) is it possible to make all annotations public or viceversa?

Hi, I was wondering if my above question (a) could be answered :) This feature seems not to be implemented. Sometimes I find myself writing annotations to the wrong group and can't move them easily, having to delete them. Thanks in advance.
