[Bug] unflagging does not work

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to https://web.hypothes.is/
  2. turn on hypothesis chrome extension
  3. flag any annotations and try to unflag them

Expected behaviour

unflag

Actual behaviour

nothing happens

Tried to reproduce that bug following the steps and yes I can confirm that unflagging is not possible for me as well.

Google Chrome 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) Hypothesis Add-On 1.430.0.0 (Official Build)

But is unflagging meant to be possible?

Just wanted to say that I also just flagged something just to test the button and was very surprised when I couldn't unflag...
