Attempt to fix issue #1147-- comma handling in TagEditor

Implemented enhancements to the TagEditor component in TagEditor.tsx to improve tag handling, addressing issue #1147.

This update ensures that when typing tags, a comma now properly separates tags, perhaps better aligning with expected behavior in lists
