Translation of the UI

Expected behaviour

The user should be able to change the language of the UI.

Actual behaviour

English is the only available language of the UI.

Hello @dbitouze - What language(s) are you specifically interested in? I'm sure that we will add non-English languages at some point. Which languages come first and how much community involvement happens is yet to be determined. I'd guess that French and Spanish will probably be the first requirements from our institutional customers.

French, since the French people are often not comfortable with English :)

I'm also interested in a German translation, but guess due to the lack of institutional support, this would have to be a community contribution, once the necessary infrastructure has been put into place.
