[BUG]: Image serialization saves 'undefined'

Not sure if we need to explain something a user may have missed that caused this, or if toml serialization was recently broken with the recent changes for simplerpc3 support

Reproducing the issue

Enter any valid image key Press save Image key turns into undefined

Issue can be worked around by entering the key into the toml manually.

Just relaying this reply from discord as well:

The issue is possibly caused by the RPC assets proxy being offline (thanks for nothing heroku).

This app is due for a full rewrite and upgrade, but I just don't get around to it
