[Feature]: Change Role Syncs to be grouped by mc -> discord or discord -> mc, rather than flag based

🚀 Description

Currently, due to how our system works, you can either only sync ranks with discord roles, or discord roles with ranks.

In ideal, very hard to manage cases, you can do both.

The proposal is to have grouped syncs, that allow you to sync certain ranks to discord roles, and certain roles to ranks.

Otherwise, the sync flag needs to be moved into the individual sync, to allow toggling where or how it syncs
