Nativescript 5.1.0 and Angular 7

What did you do?

Upgraded by project to use latest Nativescript and Angular libraries. Nativescript 5.1.0, Angular 7+, and Nativescript-Angular 7.1.0.

What did you expect to happen?

App to initialize without any issues like usual.

What happened instead?

App was stuck on login screen and did not even crash.

NativeScript version: 5.1.0 Plugin version: 2.0.2 NodeJS and NPM version: 8.11.4 and 6.4.0 Platform(s) running: Mac

Demo Project

Create a new project from template https://github.com/NativeScript/template-hello-world-ng. Install nativescript-fabric and configure it.
