[Feature] Support Gitee.

Description

As we start to support Gitee repos and export data for Gitee repos, we should support Gitee platform.

The file path is identical with GitHub but just change github to gitee in the url like: https://oss.x-lab.info/open_digger/gitee/openharmony/docs/activity.json

I think this is a really big feature that requires careful design and implementation. 🚀 Recently I'm busy with my personal work and I will do a research after March :)
