[Feature] Link Collections with Perceptor Project Correlation Network

Description

According to https://github.com/hypertrons/hypertrons-crx/issues/487, add Collections to Hypercrx has a great value.

In order to make the Collections more relative to the navigating project, I think one of the Default collection can be the Project Correlation Network collection. I think developers have some interested in finding the projects info that are related to the given project.

And in this way , we can add a link in the Perceptor panel, for example in the red rectangle space.
