Glassfish / payara fails to come up with HT java agent

While integrating GlassFishSmokeTest.groovy smoke test with HT java agent it is observed that the test containers with payara / glassfish fails to come up.

On enabling debug logs multiple exceptions can be seen which server start up and HT agent instrumentation.
