Release version 0.3.0

Can you please release version 0.3.0 (or later)?

Ideally, it would be great if you could publish to hex, but if you just tag a release that would be sufficient too.

The lack of releases is making things rather difficult for distribution packagers and other users of hamcrest-erlang.

Apologies @candrews, as you can see I've not been maintaining this for quite some time now. If you let me know what needs to be bundled and/or changed, I can tag it. Publishing to hex will have to wait as I don't have a working development environment for rebar3/erlang/hex at the moment and don't have time to set one up.

I will appreciate a lot if you could tag latest commit, the same as you did this for tag/release 0.1.0 in 2012. Thanks in advance!
