documentation for using jQuery and/or Opal's HTTP stdlib

Probably the best place for this is in HTML and Component DSL

Also would be nice to have links to reference materials on what's available in an initial install.

still an issue... there is some doc on jQuery but incomplete, and no real info on HTTP
