Any plans to support newer versions of Valkey?

The project looks fantastic!

However, I’m a bit concerned that Valkey versions 8.0.2, 8.0.3, 8.1.0, and 8.1.1 have been released, yet there don’t appear to be any packages available for these versions.

Could you clarify if they’re planned or if there’s a delay?

Is there any specific reason for using re-uploaded images, and not the upstream valkey images?

The code for this new image can be this one: https://github.com/hyperspike/valkey-operator/blob/main/Dockerfile.valkey

So I believe, it's only for certificate support?
