Modify power values. Calibration
Hello. I have managed to install this project and it works like a charm. The installation steps have changed a little from the documentation. All resolved following this thread: https://github.com/hypermoose/Keiser2Zwift/issues/1#issuecomment-778824445 which hits the nail on the head in all the changes.
Now that I have it up and running I have some doubts. In my case I use a Keiser M3 converted to bluetooth with the adapter: https://www.siliconegrips.es/producto/dpcycling-bluetooth-adapter-m3-to-m3i/ With this adapter I see that the power of my Keiser screen is 20% more than the data on the adapter. For example at 100w zwift makes 80w. Does the same thing happen to Keizer M3i owners or is the data accurate?
If it is a problem with my adapter (it does not have the possibility of calibration), could something be changed in the code to increase that 20% in power?
Thank you very much for this project
Sorry for the delay in responding. You can absolutely scale the power values in this code. On line 78 of index.js just add scaling operation to add 20% to the power reading.
I had one of those adapters - i belive it’s just the adapter is based on newer M3i software - so there’s a difference between old m3 software vs newer adapter stats - newer stats are in line with current M3i and more precise.
