fix(dast) Cannot instantiate Fabric connector without SSH config

Describe the bug

This bug produces error "Cannot instantiate Fabric connector without SSH config" on DAST Nuclei Scan. This will fix the patch that has been created on ticket https://github.com/hyperledger-cacti/cacti/issues/3671#issuecomment-2651873860 on file plugin-ledger-connector-fabric.

To Reproduce

Check on every PR runs as it is visible on Main branch.

Expected behavior

The DAST scan should run without failing
