docs: update troubleshooting guide and role readme

As a developer, I want to update the troubleshooting guide and role readme according to the new roles and tasks created during the decoupling of ansible The current troubleshooting guide can be found here

Acceptance Criteria

1. The troubleshooting guide should be in-sync with the latest code, for all the platforms.
