Bevel platforms corda-ent and corda os node v4.8 support

Description

As a developer I want to keep the Bevel platforms upgraded to their latest versions

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Deploy corda ent/os nertwork and test transaction
  2. Update docs, samples and network-schema with new versions
  3. Update/Add node4.8 docker images under images folder

Are there any specific differences between 4.7 and latest 4.9? Shouldn't just building using Corda 4.9 solve the problem?
